For more than 25 years, registered dietitian Evelyn Tribole has helped people create a healthy relationship with food, mind and body via the Intuitive Eating process, a concept she co-pioneered.
Evelyn has written eight books including Intuitive Eating (co-author) and trains health professionals on the approach through her Intuitive Eating PRO Skills Intensive workshops. She is a recipient of the American Dietetic Association’s award for Excellence in Private Practice.
Evelyn has appeared in major media outlets such as CNN, Today, MSNBC, Fox News, USA Today, the Wall St. Journal, and People magazine. She was the nutrition expert for Good Morning America from 1994 to 1995 and was a national spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association for six years. She also was contributing editor for Shape magazine where her monthly column, Recipe Makeovers, appeared for 11 years. The newest edition of Intuitive Eating will be released in July 2012.
